LUMINE Inc.
Lumine Corporation, which is developing Newman Takanawa, the core facility of TAKANAWA GATEWAY CITY, which will open in March 2025, needed to build comfortable temporary offices to support the project. Therefore, utilizing Interoffice’s design service and subscription service “fittingbox”, we designed an office with meeting rooms and workspace in a space of approximately 170㎡. The flexible office environment that can respond to changing work content and increase/decrease of working members was realized in a short period of time, and is functioning as an important foundation for the smooth progress of the project.
