Office space with a variety of spaces and Japanese style that supports the security of the OT environment

Japan office relocation project for TXOne Networks, a global security company.
TXOne Networks provides security solutions in the cyber and physical domains. For its Japan office, the company needed to create a space that would enhance contact with visitors. Interofficewas tasked with creating a new office space that would balance the company's global branding with hospitality for the Japanese market.
To maximize the value of the experience for visitors, a "presence space" and "demo space" were created. The space was configured to allow for the introduction of solutions using actual equipment, creating a place for co-creation and promotion of understanding.

Flow line design to enhance circulation and zoning to guide the experience

A presentation and demonstration space is located in the center of the conference room. It is surrounded by R-shaped walls to control the flow of visitors without creating a sense of blockage.

The structure of the room, from the entrance to the presentation space, demonstration space, and Executive Briefing Center (EBC) room, naturally leads visitors’ movements and serves as a conduit to deepen their understanding of the company.

Harmonizing Japanese Aesthetics and Global Brands

In terms of design, the use of materials that reflect Japanese sensibilities has brought warmth and tranquility to the space. Plastered walls and sangi (wooden planks) are effectively placed to express a Japanese appearance.

Furthermore, the corporate colors of TXOne Networks, blue and red, were used as accents throughout the building to achieve both a sense of unity as a global brand and adaptability to Japanese business culture.

A space where contact with visitors is sublimated into a brand experience

Our goal for this office was not just a “place to work,” but a space that communicates brand values as an experience.

As visitors perceive the philosophy of TXOne Networksthrough their five senses, trust and empathy are generated, fostering richer business relationship building.
